DESIGN CRONOLOGY AND MANPOWER
- Our design team is headed by PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT Mr.K.N.Ganesh Babu M.Arch (Landscape) having a sound professional background with more than 15 years of independent practice. We conceive the client requirement and conceptualise into design.
- Our TWO PROJECT ARCHITECTS shoulder us with concept development.This is a very crutial stage in design as it translates the client’s vision into a common man’s language called CONCEPTUAL DRAWING. They have not less than 10 years of experience.
- Our project architects form team with TWO JUNIOR ARCHITECTS and a DRAFTSMEN each, totally comprising FOUR JUNIOR ARCHITECTS and TWO DRAFTSMEN, fully geared up to produce the engineer’s language called GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS (G.F.C.).
- Parallel to this our TWO QUANTITY SURVEYORS keep themselves busy preparing specifications, estimates and Bill of quantity. Not the least our SITE ENGINEERS are lions on site. They are thorough with the G.F.C. drawings and specifications for the successful completion of project.
